System upgrade is complete :)

Our ILS, Liberty3, has now been upgraded to Liberty Version 4, Build 7.004 with a brand new look & better features!

Due to some technical difficulties with our server and related issues, the upgrade process took a lot longer than we anticipated (20 August to 20 September). This required us to operate on a manual basis for our issues & returns using the old ledger system. All the records on the ledger will be uploaded to the system within a few days.

We take this opportunity to thank all our users for your patience during this process. We are trying our very best to keep the transitional stage from the manual to the computer system as smooth and error free as possible.

The library management also would like to thank our staff (IT + library staff) for their dedicated work during this period to fix the problems from the server-side and in managing the circulation desk using the very tedious manual system. Well done!
